The Board of Zoning Appeals meets whenever an appeal is officially filed in the Clerk’s Office. Applications must be filed a minimum of seventeen (17) days prior to scheduling a hearing date. This is a requirement due to publication deadlines. The Board of Zoning Appeals operates under Sec. 46-121 of the Hartland Municipal Code.
