The Village of Hartland consists of 4 school districts: Hartland Lakeside, Lake Country, Swallow, and Merton. Your school district can be located on the tax bill in the middle of the tax bill. Tax rates vary by school district. For a breakdown of these rates as well as all additional tax information on your tax bill please see the Tax Levy Sheet (PDF).

Tax Bill Look-up
To view the property tax bill for a certain parcel please view the Tax Bill and Assessment Information webpage. You will need either the property tax key number or the property address.
When looking up taxes using the tax key number, use the number only – no spaces, dots or dashes and enter all zeroes shown on the tax bill. You can also use HAV and then your tax key number but once again no spaces, dots or dashes and enter all zeroes shown on the tax bill (Example: HAVXXXXXXX). If using the address, direction and street type should remain at the “all” selection.
While this is not a physical copy of the tax bill, this page can be printed for purposes of payment verification and record. It can take approximately 3-5 days after your payment for this payment to show as updated.
