    Starting on September 21 and meeting every Wednesday until November 9, Boost Your Brain & Memory is an eight-week workshop run by the ADRC of Waukesha County designed for adults aged 55+ that meets once a week for 90 minutes. Each session starts with informative video segments, followed by instructor-led group discussions and activities. Boost Your Brain & Memory offers a holistic approach to improving brain health. Participants will learn to implement new habits to maintain cognitive health while also practicing new skills for better memory performance. Program participants learn practices that can help them live a healthier life, remember things better, be more organized, and pay closer attention. Registration is required.
