Chief's Welcome

Welcome to the Village of Hartland (WI) Police Department Website.

The Hartland Police Department consists of 18 sworn officers that provide 24 hour a day coverage to the Village of Hartland.  Additionally, we have four administrative assistants on staff.  We participate in a number of cooperative teams with other local law enforcement agencies and the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department.   The Hartland Police Department is fully accredited through the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Accreditation Group (WILEAG).

We are committed to keeping the Village of Hartland as a safe place to live, work and visit.  Our goal is to maintain a high level of professionalism within our department and apply the principles of pride, integrity and ethics in our daily effort.   We strive to work together with the community in a partnership to solve problems and maintain a favorable quality of life.  We challenge our officers to deliver quality service on every call, with every citizen on every contact they make.

Respectfully,

Torin J. Misko

Chief of Police
