Public safety issue under HWY 16 bridge over Cottonwood: Pigeon droppings are a known health hazard and accumulate on the bridge, sidewalk and street. This is walked on and ridden on by bikes/cars several times a day which spread the droppings across a larger area.
Can netting be installed under the Hwy 16 bridge to make it uninhabitable for pigeons? Everyone I talk to complains about this but I doubt anyone took the time to fill out this form. If it helps I can probably get many more people to complain about this issue. Thanks for all the help.
