I just created a new account, why can't I register for a program?
If you just created a new account, you must wait until your account gets approved by the Recreation Department. The purpose of the approval is to ensure that the Recreation Department has the correct information needed for the account. Approval is done during regular business hours 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday. If your account is created outside regular staffed hours, the Recreation Department will respond in a timely manner within the scheduled business hours. Once approved, you will then receive an email stating the next steps you must take to register for your class. Any further questions, please call the Recreation Department at 262-367-0352.
