The Village Administrative offices are located at 210 Cottonwood Avenue, on the second floor. Administrative offices are open Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm.

Village Manager

The Village Manager oversees the daily operations of the Village and ensures implementation of policies and procedures adopted by the Village Board. This role combines the responsibilities of a Village Administrator and Finance Director for the Village of Hartland. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing the annual budget
  • Preparing and overseeing all accounting and financial reporting
  • Supervising all Village departments
  • Implementing policies adopted by the Village Board
  • Advancing economic development and redevelopment initiatives
  • Administering human resources, personnel matters, and employee benefits
