Items that need to be present when filling out the application:
- A parent or guardian
- Parent's or guardian's picture ID and/or mail with the current address
- Child must be present and able to write his or her name
Come into the Library with a parent or guardian and stop at the front desk. A staff member will hand you a form that either you or your child can fill out. There is a back side to the form that grants the child permission to use the internet and the public computers. The whole process will take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. You will leave with a new card and a key chain ring.
You do not have to live in this municipality to apply for a Hartland Public Library card. This card is good at all 24 Waukesha and Jefferson County libraries.
