Sign-Up Week: June 6 - 11
Program Runs: June 13 - July 30
Enjoy the Teen Summer Reading Program with reading, activities, and events! For the enjoyment of reading this summer, join in by using the Beanstack app or by picking up a paper Bingo sheet.
Participants need to :
- Complete 5 out of 24 badges on Beanstack
or
- Complete 5 tasks in a row, column, or diagonal on a paper Bingo sheet
When you have Bingo, return to the library and receive one free book or movie, a coupon, and 1 raffle ticket to put in for our grand prize baskets!
There is a Bonus Challenge that you can complete by July 30. This challenge is reading at least 5 of the 16 different books listed on the sheet to receive 10 extra raffle tickets for the prize baskets. For each additional book read (up to 10 total), you will receive 1 extra ticket. You have two months to complete this Bonus Challenge! Hand in the Bonus Challenge by July 30 to receive the extra raffle tickets.
Programs
Minute to Win It Games
Tuesday, June 14 at 4 pm
Ages: 12 – 18
Join us as we compete against friends to see who can complete Minute to Win It games. These simple games involve fun tasks where participants have to complete using household items in less than a minute in order to move on to the next task and ultimately win prizes! No registration is required.
Books Against Humanity
Tuesday, June 21 at 4 pm
Ages: 12 – 18
This fun, laugh out loud game is just like Cards Against Humanity only with books! You don’t even have to bring a book, we will supply them! We are a library; we have tons of books! No registration is required.
Cupcake Wars
Tuesday, June 28 at 4 pm
Ages: 12 – 18
Get your celebrity chef on and join us at the library for a Cupcake Wars with a teen twist! The library will be providing all cupcakes and necessary supplies. Bring an apron--it will get messy! You can compete by yourself or as a team of two. Please email Emily at esternemann@hartland.lib.wi.us to register by June 20.
Are You Smarter Than a Librarian? Trivia Game
