Tuesday night the parking will be restricted on the west side of North Avenue and Cottonwood Avenue and the parking will be restricted on the south side of E. Capitol Drive. Wednesday night the parking will be restricted on the east side of North Avenue and Cottonwood Avenue and the parking will be restricted on the north side of E. Capitol Drive. This is all subject to weather.
