Business Occupancy Permit Application
The Village requires new business owners to complete the Business Occupancy Permit Application Form (PDF). The Building Inspector and Fire Inspector review the property for compliance before occupancy is granted. Requirements for Business Occupancy are set forth in Sec. 46-78 of the Hartland Municipal Code.
