Planning Hartland's Future
The Village of Hartland updated its Comprehensive Development Plan and its Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan. With the help of a consulting planner, SRF of Madison, we took a close look at Hartland's future and developed the plans to achieve the future our citizens and residents want. Both plans were adopted by the Village Board on October 28, 2019.
