Regular Meetings
The Board of Review meets annually during the 45-day period beginning the fourth Monday of April. If the assessment roll is not completed, the board will adjourn to a later date.
Open Book and Board of Review are held in the Board Room, Municipal Building, 210 Cottonwood Avenue.

Board of Review
Wednesday, July 12, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

About the Board
When the assessment roll is complete the board shall conduct the first session for a minimum of two hours. Open book is held annually and provides for property owners to meet with the assessor for an informal review of their property assessment. Open Book is always held before the Board of Review meeting. The dates and time for Open Book and Board of Review are published on the village website, as well as in the Waukesha Freeman.
