The Village of Hartland is a founding member of this municipal court, which was established in 1988. This court is housed in the Oconomowoc City Hall and serves 20 communities. The court is 100% funded by user fees and no tax dollars. This Court serves as a very efficient and fair way of dealing with municipal traffic and ordinance violations.
If you have received a traffic citation or a municipal ordinance citation and you chose not to contest the citation in municipal court, payment for this must be made at the Lake Country Municipal Court. Payment may be made in person, by mail, by phone with a major credit card, or online with a major credit card. Citizens may contact the court by phone or via internet at their website.
If you have received a parking citation, payment for this must be made at the Hartland Police Department. Payment can be made in person during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) or by mailing the exact amount to 210 Cottonwood Ave, Hartland, WI 53029.
